Exchanges, Returns, & Warranty

LIFETIME WARRANTY:

All parts carry a LIFETIME Limited Replacement Part Warranty. Meaning, if the part is defective we will replace it with a new one. We will charge your card for the replacement part and once the defective part is received at our warehouse we will then issue the refund. There will be two transactions on your credit or debit card statement. First, you will see a charge for your new purchase. Second, once the returned part is received at our warehouse we will credit you for your original purchase.

30 Day Return Policy: For Incorrectly Ordered Parts

We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on all parts incorrectly ordered. Meaning, you have 30 days to return the part from the day it was purchased. We will charge your card for the replacement part and once the incorrect part is received at our warehouse we will then issue the refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will be assessed on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Important:

Please contact a representative before any part is returned at support@partsgorilla.com. All returned parts must be in their original condition, and cannot be damaged or disassembled for any reason. We are not responsible for errors in installation and we are not responsible for any labor charges, towing expenses or rental car expenses incurred do to the result of defective parts.
